Creating a FOA case for payment of monthly dues at 7 Hub

Log in to 7 Help using 7‐Hub (secured) in store or use link: https://7elevenna.service-now.com/7help
from any external device.
In the search bar type "FOA"
Select the popup suggestion "FOA/PAC : FRANCHISE OWNERS ASSOCIATION"
Type "NONE" in the "Current FOA" box if you are joining a FOA for the first time or
you are not a member of any other FOA.
Type in the full name of the FOA that you wish to join (No abbreviation) in the "Future FOA" box.
Type in the amount of monthly dues as instructed per local FOA.
Type "Please enroll (store number) as a member of (name of the local) FOA"
Repeat step 7.
Press the green submit icon.

Quick tips to successfully sync events into your calendar app:
In your application, make sure to: ① Select Sync or Subscribe, ② set auto-refresh to every hour, ③ & to Keep Alerts		Sync with Outlook (Web): ① Click Copy link from below, ② Sign in to Outlook on the web, ③ At bottom of navigation pane, select Calendar, ④ Select Add calendar > From internet, ⑤ Paste link in dialog box.
